Introduction
Socure is the leader in digital identity verification and fraud prevention. We work with top enterprises across fintech, banking, e-commerce, and the public sector to deliver trusted, frictionless experiences at scale. To support our continued growth, we are seeking a Strategic Alliance Manager to strengthen and expand our partner ecosystem. This role will focus on managing key alliances, driving joint revenue opportunities, and aligning partner strategies with Socure’s business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Management: Act as the primary liaison for assigned partners, ensuring alignment, satisfaction, and long-term growth.
Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to expand revenue within existing partnerships by identifying whitespace opportunities in customers and use cases.
Go-to-Market Alignment: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to build and execute joint go-to-market initiatives with partners.
Performance Management: Monitor partner performance metrics, resolve issues, and optimize business outcomes.
Pipeline Development: Support partner-sourced and influenced opportunities, working with cross-functional teams to accelerate deal cycles.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong executive and working-level relationships within partner organizations.
Strategic Input: Provide partner feedback to influence product roadmaps, enablement needs, and market positioning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or identity verification.
Proven ability to manage complex partnerships that drive measurable revenue impact.
Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills across executive and operational levels.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success).
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and partner management platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or other relevant postgraduate degree.
Established network within fintech, banking, or e-commerce ecosystems.
Experience developing and executing joint go-to-market plans with technology or reseller partners.
Familiarity with identity verification, fraud prevention, or compliance-related solutions.
