Head of TPM & Strategic Delivery

Socure is at a platform inflection point. We’ve built RiskOS - an industry-defining orchestration layer for fraud, identity, and compliance - and now we’re scaling its adoption across hundreds of customers. As Head of Technical Project Management (TPM) & Strategic Delivery, you’ll architect the delivery strategy and team that gets us there.

Your Mandate

  • Build and lead a team of TPMs responsible for platform migrations, product rollouts, and cross-functional delivery

  • Own the execution strategy for deprecating the legacy ID+ platform and scaling RiskOS adoption

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Solutions, and Customer Success to build a delivery engine that drives business outcomes

  • Establish a data-driven operating rhythm and internal delivery tooling

  • Support other centers of excellence reporting requirements on delivery and on-going implementations

  • Smooth the delivery curve for the new product launches, upgrades, roll-outs of new features

  • This is not a customer success/account management role - the focus is platform-wide execution, process design, and cross-functional orchestration of delivery outcomes. However, vast majority of this team’s work is delivery and experience for the customer

  • Platform Migrations: Design and manage the phased rollout of RiskOS across hundreds of customers/accounts, including sunset strategy for Socure legacy platform.

  • Product Launches: Partner with Product and Solution Consultant teams to translate roadmap features into standardized rollout playbooks and go-live plans.

  • Own tooling strategy across Jira, Notion, and internal delivery dashboards. Integrate customer-specific delivery plans into unified portfolio tracking.

  • Build feedback loops and insights using AI to forecast delays, flag at-risk implementations, and optimize resource allocation

  • Leverage GenAI and internal intelligence tools to automate repetitive delivery tasks, contractual deliverables, QBR reporting, and project health insights

Success Metrics

  • Operationalize platform migration for hundreds of customers to RiskOS platform

  • Cut platform implementation time in half through standardized delivery ops

  • Launch new products and modules with successful customer adoption with best in class delivery

  • Build and scale a high-performance TPM team

Ideal Background

  • 15+ years in TPM, product ops, or strategic delivery at scale-up B2B SaaS orgs

  • 10+ years experience with a proven track record of leading cross-functional platform transformations at scale in B2B SaaS.

  • Led platform transformation or migration programs impacting $150M spanning over thousands of customers in ARR

  • Strong fluency in AI/ML-powered internal tooling and analytics workflows; experience deploying GenAI to improve delivery or customer-facing operations is a plus

  • Built and scaled high-output program teams and operational processes

  • Deep understanding of technical concepts and ability to influence engineering/product to adopt changes in their delivery process for continuous improvement of the customer facing delivery teams
