🚀 The Impact You Will Have

• Be the Candidate Experience Champion: Provide a seamless, positive experience from application through to offer, guiding candidates and keeping communication open and helpful across all stages of the hiring process.
• High-Volume Interview Scheduling: Schedule interviews across multiple time zones, balancing priorities and working closely with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers in every region.
• Drive Global Recruiting Operations: Support the Talent Team with every aspect of full-cycle recruitment worldwide, helping us stay agile, organized, and candidate-focused.
• Own Key Processes: Maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data integrity, compliance, and real-time visibility, contributing to recruiting metrics and insights.
• Collaborate on Hiring Projects: Contribute to ad hoc recruiting initiatives, tackling new challenges with an eye for improvement in our processes and workflows.

• Experienced Recruiting Coordinator: 5+ years in a recruiting coordination, HR admin, or executive assistant role, ideally in fast-growing global environments.
• Agile and Organized: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle complex scheduling across multiple time zones and shifting priorities.
• Proactive Communicator: Friendly and responsive with strong communication skills, committed to creating a positive candidate experience.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in ATS and HR tools, with experience in maintaining accurate data and supporting recruiting metrics.
• Adaptable Self-Starter: You’re comfortable with the ambiguity and change of a startup, eager to learn, and ready to take on new tasks without hesitation.
