GreenSight is seeking a full-time, salaried, Service Technician to add to our Northern California team. This position is a great opportunity for a hands-on individual seeking a role that offers variety and growth. Golf course assistant superintendents, sports turf managers, or senior grounds crew members are encouraged to apply.This position will be responsible for providing remote and in-person service to GreenSight customers and their products. This may include, but is not limited to, GreenSight drones, Husqvarna Automowers, and various soil sensor systems. Remote service may include troubleshooting errors via phone and/or video chat, email communication between customers and manufacturer support teams, filing and processing warranty claims, etc. In-person support will often require the use of basic hand and power tools to diagnose and repair damaged or faulty parts.Service technicians are also expected to lead and/or assist on automower installations for new customers and assist the sales team with automower demonstrations as needed.
