You must be organized, responsible, and be committed to continuously improving the quality of your work. You must be comfortable working in a fast paced, small team startup environment.As a GreenSight Robotics Technician, you will:- Lead production of complete robots and subassemblies in low/middle-volume production runs of 50 to 5000- Build engineering prototypes- Troubleshoot, repair, and test drones and robots- Follow, as well as help formulate and improve, procedures for manufacturing and testing- Assist in formulating and improving the company's Quality processes- Contribute to maintaining the manufacturing space and R&D laboratory- Contribute to the design process through failure analysis and proposing improvements- Grow into new roles and responsibilities as they ariseQualifications / RequirementsCore attributes/skills we are looking for:- Good electronic troubleshooting skills- Experience with hand tools and measurement instruments- Read electronic schematics- Highly organized and detail-oriented- Strong communication and documentation skillsDesired, but not required, experience:- Aircraft electronics, avionics and sensors- Microcontrollers and associated circuits- Power electronics such as switch mode supplies, BLDC motor controllers and battery management circuits- Integration of imaging sensors and camera systems- RF design and test- Automated PCB testingCompensation / BenefitsSalary is highly dependent on experience. It starts at $95,000/year.
