Responsibilities will include:- Providing high-level electrical engineering leadership on multiple simultaneous projects, while being ready to use your experience to get hands-on and solve difficult issues- Fostering the development of the EE team through mentoring, training, and performance reviews- Maintaining quality by establishing practices for documentation, verification, and design reviews- Working with project managers and VP of Engineering to allocate and prioritize EE resources
