We are looking for a Technical Partner Onboarding Specialist to work alongside our Channel Account Managers to achieve channel growth goals. This position will be a technical expert of CybSafe offerings and ensure that our partners have a technical resource and knowledge to help drive sales.

Your role in this mission...

You will be an important member of the CybSafe tribe and part of a fast-growing and passionate team. If you are a dynamic and results-oriented human who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our company’s growth and success.

You should have the ability to stay super-organised and have strong attention to detail.

You should also have the ability to analyse and solve problems. You would need to be able to work independently, but also as part of a team, and proactively take initiative to interact and engage with cross functional teams such as the Customer Excellence team, Content Development team, Product and Engineering team, and Channel Sales team to solve problems and find solutions for better enabling the channel and their customers.

You will need to be someone who is both partner and customer centric, understands and embraces technology, and has a passion for learning and acquiring new knowledge.

RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Act as the main technical point of contact for existing channel partners (Reseller, MSP, Distribution, Strategic partners).
  • Become a technical CybSafe platform expert, as well as a feature and product plan expert. Understand the full customer implementation and success journey.
  • Work with our channel partners to train, enable and ensure their technical needs are met around CvbSafes current and future product offerings.
  • Help the channel team onboard various new partner types by showing the unique value in CybSafe technical solutions
  • Technical demonstrations to prospective and existing partners, either remotely or on site.
  • Support the channel sales team in achieving revenue and billing goals while maintaining a high level of partner satisfaction.
  • Represent CybSafe by presenting at partner events, activations and webinars.
  • Assist with product testing and knowledge sharing.
  • Special projects as assigned, For Example: Produce new help articles for our MSP platform.
  • Create, enhance and implement a content strategy for onboarding and supporting our partners (strategic partners, resellers and managed service providers), thereby enabling them to support their customers with CybSafe.
  • Document a knowledge base of resources from existing onboarding and support content available (including those on the admin toolkit), and any new/updated content required, with associated priorities and product and programme plans.
  • Ensure partner enablement content up to date at all times.
  • Create the self-service training curricula for onboarding and support content; liaise with the marketing, engineering and product to get advice and ensure consistency
  • Support partners with the setting up their required accounts on our platform
  • Support with defining and heading up online level 1 and 2 support training sessions for partners when the need arises
  • Work closely with the product team to understand future product changes and roadmaps to identify where content will need to be updated
  • Ensure that our partners are onboarded successfully so that they can make their customers successful with the CybSafe product
  • Report on and measure the effectiveness of the content in terms of support case deflection for our partners
  • Work closely with the Product squads, Customer Success and Channel Sales teams to inform product and customer strategies and stay abreast of new feature releases and product squads
  • Keep stakeholders and senior management informed regarding issues that may impact our processes, profitability or customer relationships
  • Proactively suggest new training content that could help enable our partners onboard and support their customers.
  • Proactively create project plans and coordinate across different business units on training deliverables

THE SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE YOU’LL NEED:

Required

  • 3+ years working in a technical support, managed services, technical onboarding and enablement role
  • Experience working with Microsoft and G-suite products, Active Directory, Azure and APIs
  • Should have experience with using SQL Query to build reports and gather insights
  • Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with partners and understand how their businesses operate
  • Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience working with Channel Partners
  • Experience with working in an IT environment, or for a Cyber Security or SaaS vendor

Desirable

  • Passion for Cyber Security
  • Experience with Enterprise customers
  • Proficient with technology, familiarity with CRM systems (extra points if you are familiar with HubSpot), GSuite (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc), collaboration tools (eg Slack, Trello, Intercom), etc
  • Experience with learning management systems such as SuccessFactors
  • Basic understanding of software development processes
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest and drive improvements
