As the Director of Talent & Organizational Development for a healthcare technology company, you will drive the growth and success of our employees and organization by leading the design and implementation of talent management programs and systems. Your leadership will be pivotal in enhancing performance, developing current and future leaders, and creating an exceptional employee experience. Your expertise in talent management, project management, leadership, and innovative training design will ensure our teams are equipped to excel.
Position Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive talent management and engagement strategies that align with the company’s business objectives.

Lead the succession and development process with departmental leaders to assess and bridge performance or capability gaps.

Partner with leadership and people operations to maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

Develop and execute employee retention strategies focused where needed.

Lead the employee engagement strategy, overseeing the administration of employee engagement surveys, and post-survey reporting and action planning approach.

Design and implement onboarding strategies tailored to various roles, reducing ramp time and improving new hire performance.

Manage performance management program and system (UKG), ensuring goal alignment with company objectives and promoting continuous improvement.

Provide strategic direction for training and development programs to enhance team member skills and future Capital Rx growth.

Monitor and analyze metrics, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Support and integrate (DEI) principles into all aspects of talent management.

Partner with HR leaders to ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations in talent management processes.

Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on talent-related matters, providing expert guidance.

Stay informed about innovative and emerging talent practices to ensure the organization delivers a best-in-class employee experience.

Responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct, including reporting of noncompliance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field required.

Master’s degree preferred

10+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on talent management, organizational development, or a related area.

5+ years of leadership experience in a senior HR or talent management role, preferably within the healthcare, pharmacy, or technology industry.

Proven success in designing and implementing effective talent management strategies and programs.

Experience leading large scale change management initiatives and organizational transformations.

In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, technologies, organizational learning, performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement.

Experience in the Tech industry is a must.

Experience with HRIS systems is required; UKG is preferred.

Demonstrated effectiveness in identifying needs and executing deliverables.

Sound judgment, problem-solving, and people management skills.

Ability to complete projects on time with minimal supervision, exceptional accuracy, and attention to detail.

Base Salary: $150,000 - $175,000
